Newark, NJ

Our Newark buildings are located in the Ironbound neighborhood and the downtown district, within walking distance to Newark Penn Station. These properties have been carefully updated over time to reflect modern living standards while maintaining the character and scale of their original urban blocks.

Our work here has been about making better homes within an existing community — improving layouts, airflow, lighting, heating, and materials so the apartments are comfortable, quiet, and welcoming.

Catskill, NY

In downtown Catskill, we own a mixed-use building with six residential apartments and one street-level commercial space. The building sits near the waterfront and is part of a walkable main-street environment.

The focus was on refining the interiors to be bright, open, and livable, while keeping the building’s presence consistent with the surrounding historic streetscape.
It’s a place meant to feel like part of the town, not separate from it.
