Investors complete the investment documents and contribute capital. Our next deal will be a 506(b) offering, open for investment in early 2025.

Most of our assets are in Qualified Opportunity Zones. Under current tax code you can defer any tax on capital gains or qualified 1231 gains from sale of stocks or other investments until 2026 if you invest the gains in a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund. One of the primary benefits of the opportunity zones incentive is coming to an end in 2026. The incoming administration may extend or pass legislation similar to the 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, in which case we will continue to look for deals in QOZs in 2025.
